THESE ARE VERY SPECIAL LETTERS THAT I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE.  I HAVE TAKEN GREAT PRIDE AND JOY IN KEEPING IN CONTACT WITH MY "PIGGY PARENTS".  I AM VERY TOUCHED AND APPRECIATIVE OF THE KIND WORDS FROM KERI AND OTHERS WHO HAVE THANKED ME .

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL OF YOU  FOR YOUR CONTINUED COMMITMENT TO MAKING GREAT HOMES FOR THESE SWEET LITTLE CREATURES.

Dear Romelle/Home of the Divine tiny swine,

I wanted to thank you for my little piggy Spanky. We purchased him in September to be part of Barnyard Buddies  traveling petting zoo. So far he has only participated in one event, due to the winter being our slow time of year because of weather. However, he did GREAT for his first time out. People were amazed at how small he was and wanted to know where to find one of these tiny divine swine. They did not know they could come in such a pint size package.

Spanky has also been an asset to our family. Spanky fits right in. He has a crate inside and sleeps in our room. He sits on the bed with the dogs and watches TV with them. He is 7 months now, but still smaller than our 7 pound chihuahua. He gets along with the kids and all of the other animals on the ranch.

Thank you so much for all of your knowledge that you have shared in regards to these tiny pigs, their behaviors and care. Someday I think Spanky will need a little sister, as well as Barnyard Buddies. I’m thinking one of your pink  or spotted little pigs would be cute.

Best Regards,

Keri Manion,

Barnyard Buddies,

Dear Romelle,

Our family would like to thank you for allowing us to own Arnie.  He has been such a sweet little addition to our family.  We could have not asked for anything more.

Arnie is a year and a half now and only weighs in at 18 pounds.  Our vet has been amazed.  being that he never has really understood the "micro" part of the "mini" he now is a believer by seeing how healthy and well adjusted he is.

When we decided to add a piglet to our family we had no idea as to just how it would change our lives.  We had hoped that Brian would benefit through having a forever friend.  Arnie has changed Brian's world.  He is now able to take his best buddy where ever he goes and in doing that has blossomed.  He and Arnie have made wonderful friends and Brian has developed so much more in the past year then in the few before that.

Please keep on doing what you are doing and get the news out to people who need alternative methods to help their special needs children.  There has been nothing that could have made a bigger change in Brian's life then Arnie.

Sincerely,

The Granger family

Hello Romelle~
I apologize for not getting with you sooner - I'm sure you have been wondering how Nikki is adjusting to her new home.  So far things are going great, and I don't anticipate any different!  I don't know what we did before she joined our family - she is such a sweet and happy little piggy!
I know Sami emailed you yesterday but I wanted to touch base also.  Nikki went to high school softball practice yesterday and travel ball practice today.  The girls think she is the cutest and coolest pet ever, and of course all want a piggy of their own - their parents are going to love us, huh?!?  We took a group photo after practice today and I'll have Sami forward it to you as well.  The girls were all arguing over who was going to hold Nikki in the picture - it was really cute!  Sami's high school coach has decided she is our team mascot and is going to try to get his mom to knit her a little matching sweater for games.  Everyone is involved with raising this little sweet girl!  As I predicted my parents absolutely love her (we have a pic with her asleep on my dad's stomach - he might be asleep too) my 92 year old grandpa says he even understands how we could love that little creature so much!  He decided she was only big enough for one bacon sandwich, so hardly worth the effort eating her! :)
You are more than welcome to use Sami's picture and anything we send you over the years.  We want everyone to know how much joy these little creatures can be - everything you imagine plus so much more!!  Thank you for all your help - and your future help - with our new addition!
Felicia
